“Had a 2:00 pm appointment and arrive at 1:55 pm, I left at 2:45 pm. A wait in in front of me in lines car was in before me which is fine. What's the appointment for? No staff saying we are a bit backed up can you wait a bit. Several times my cars have leaked when brought home from this shop but it's convenient and the staff is friendly but I don't have time for this. john d. 5/19/20 The Manager called and quickly remedied my issue. He asked if I could come directly over and I would be taken care of. The guys were waiting for me and turned the car around quickly and were pleasant, as always. I had forgotten my mask at my office and so I asked if they had an extra one that I could have and they didn't hesitate to offer me a new one. Always a pleasure working with Ryan when getting my BMW serviced: phenomenal customer service and I appreciated him his assistance in getting me in and out quickly so I could get on with my day. “Jiffy Lube has always done good service for my vehicle but I give them 5 stars today because of their excellent job at adapting to the current pandemic. You stay in your car, drive it through their garage and then wait there while they do their work. Both employees are wearing masks and they let you stick a cooling unit into your car so that you can wait in there comfortably with AC. I just took my son out of his carseat and we watched them work from the front for about 15 minutes before we were on our way. Great work Jiffy Lube.”
