“Walked in off the street Thursday morning with minor but annoying item (headlamp replacement)that involved tools and time. I was asked come back at 1200( it was like 915 am). The two Gentleman that helped me out I would guess were the owner and possibly the manager or co-owner. They had me on my Way by 1230, and they did this DURING their lunch time! Thank you. I appreciated they saw a small job and squeezed me in before I got pulled over some night. I bought bulb replacement two weeks ago, discovered there was more to accessing site than I thought and I am down here without tools. I had , over past couple weeks, made a couple attempts to get service elsewhere, I even offered quickie oil lube guy cash for him and his two boys to go have some beers to help me out. They drove up the price but turned out they couldn’t do it. (It’s. Jiffy Lube:)) I will start taking my oil changes there immediately and as car is out of warranty with Ford will use them all the time. It’s good to “know” a place if I ever need towing destination for AAA ,and they appear to do most services. Mainly, they wanted my business and worked on me In appropriate way to make sure I was happy. They did charge me, but if it had been 2X price I wouldn’t have blinked, I was so sick of driving at night with no light, and so relieved to find someone to do it quick , correctly , and for a fair price. Just off corner of Tucson Blvd and Grant Rd, next to an Exxon Station, on Grant Rd.”

“I brought in an old 4runner earlier this month to pass emissions. I was well aware of its state and that it has been neglected for years. Due to their reviews online and my initial interaction with staff, I trusted them to fix deep issues with the timing chain and system which were causing the emissions failure. I was very anxious, given that this work is innately expensive. I got my vehicle back and have spent a few days in it, and could not be happier with the results. The vehicle obviously drives better, and also got additional, necessary maintenance that it needed. It passed emissions with flying colors, and I have a feeling that I won't be failing tests again anytime soon. The mechanic(s) there are clearly professionals. I was able to give them very basic and vague information about issues I suspected with the vehicle, and they were able to diagnose it immediately without conducting an emissions test. My only constructive feedback is that there be more communication about the timeline required to complete the work. I recommend this business to others.”
