They have a secure key drop. The very next morning, I received a phone call from Bill; he was super kind and upfront. He promised my car to be repaired by the following afternoon. Later that evening, Bill called again to inform me that they got it done early. Such awesome news when you're without a vehicle! I got down there and he was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. He explained exactly what had happened, how they repaired it, and the estimate I had gotten earlier that day was exactly the cost.
