Everyone was friendly and helpful and did not rush our purchase. We took 2 rugs home to try them out and kept one for a week with no pressure to decide. Each piece had a pre-approved sales value. As the pieces sold, I was notified verbally by Kathleen and a check arrived soon after. The final and largest piece did not sell at the agreed upon price and a new lower amount was agreed upon. As part of his efforts, Mark sent the piece to another market and it has now sold (January 2022) . I was notified by Kathleen and the final check has been received.
