“Spring 2022, we were looking at a property which was inaccessible as of current. Needed a helicopter to scope it out beyond google earth. Emailed Tyler, best idea ever. He took us directly, around the area completely, then much to our surprise put us down right on top, after scoping any possible obstructions. We could walk around and get the best sense of the property from above. Not a helicopter pilot, but am a private pilot, Tyler was exceptional in explaining the safety and protocols of the entire excursion. Would recommend to all! Have the perfect place for a helipad too. “rating for the city bus stop—great place to park (relatively safe, i’ve left my car here overnight and nothing has happened) and ride the bus—routes 3, 37, and 450 stop here; there’s sometimes a cop that hangs out in the parking lot, contributing to the safety aspect; college is usually friendlier to walk-ins, even if you aren’t a student (i’ve gone in and used the facilities and then studied/done homework at the cafe) and there is public wifi. however, with covid, they’ve been way more closed off, as is to be expected.”
