Morgan was very well versed in the technique my daughter was interested in...she explained the technique and told us the difficulty of lightening dark, box colored hair into what we wanted. She worked my daughter into her schedule and turned that horrendous dark brown red hair into a beautiful, silky locks. Morgan informed us that she takes many educational classes throughout the year to keep up with the latest trends. I am very happy with the results and my picky 19 year old is over the moon!!
