I have an older tractor and it was really a stupid issue but it was a new tractor to me and I was frustrated. He gave me advice and followed up to see if it worked when it didn't work. He came out after a long day on a Sunday late afternoon. Spent an hour with me. Gave me some education and some good conversation. I was honestly expecting a scheduled appointment 2:00 to 3 weeks out...... It was such a simple fix thank goodness but the fact that he was willing to take on the job and take the time take the time made it feel like he actually cared and wanted to help.”

“Ernest's is a small shop set around his house, but I've been taking my little Baja Beetle to his shop since 2004. He's been unfailingly honest and has great pricing. It was only after buying a truck later on and had to deal with other mechanics that I really realized how good I have it with my VW at Volkswerks. He's happiest doing body work, but it's no problem to get a quick oil change or tuneup; it's definitely better to come here for that sort of thing than other places since he actually knows what he's doing, and it'll be cheaper to boot. He also always seems to have an old beater or two he can sell for a grand or so, if you need a cheap ride.”
