“I had a great experience getting new kitchen cabinets from Handyman's Haven. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I live in Sierra Vista and drove to Tucson to use their service. Handyman beat HomeDepot and Lowes price drastically. Handymans customer service was unbeatable, they were all friendly and willing to answer questions. The cabinets arrived quickly and in great condition. I had a difficult time installing one cabinet but after a phone call to Handyman Haven (Their Warehouse Manager) was able to diagnose the issue and tell me how to fix the issue. I highly recommend buying ftom Handyman Haven.”

“The employees at this Ace Hardware are some of the friendliest and helpful people you'll come across during your day. While this location is typically not in the direction I'm heading, knowing that they're friendly, helpful, and attentive - that's plenty of reason to drive out of the way. “This Catalina Hardware store lives up to the ACE brand. I come from White Bear Lake, MN and in that town, ACE Hardware was and is the Hub. Catalina ACE Hardware has the same qualities. You walk in the store and a staff member is there waiting to greet or help you. These guys and gals are technical, helpful and know where everything is in the store. When I was looking for a Weber Natural gas grill, I checked all the bigger hardware stores in Oro Valley/Tucson, then called Catalina ACE and spoke to the manager Steve because I wanted to shop locally. His price was competitive and he knew the answers to my questions. A week later he arrived with the grill and cover and expertly installed it in my back patio. This was July 2019. Then recently I struggled with a lamp and shade purchased in Colorado 15 yrs ago. This is not an ordinary lamp, so I bought some parts on my own at this ACE and tried to fix it, but I'm not that good at it so I asked a staff member who told me to bring in the shade, which I did. Such a busy store nearly every time I am there, but I left my lamp/shade, Steve and staff fixed it and called me an hour later to pick it up. We folks living in SaddleBrooke and SaddleBrooke Ranch are very fortunate to have this ACE Catalina Hardware and many people here comment how much they appreciate and "go to" this store. Thanks to the MGR and Staff, keep up the good work!!”
