“We have used Bob's Chem Dry services for years. He is courteous, on time and knows his business. The Chem-Dry process is so much better than steam cleaning or any other type of cleaning. It is non-allergenic, which is good for asthma sufferers. There is no noisy van outside and hoses coming into the house. It takes about two hours "drying time" before furniture can be moved back in place. We recommend Bob's Chem-Dry of Green Valley!”

When I called to schedule an appointment they were overly helpful, they came on time (early, actually!), and did quick and efficient work. They were very thorough and the job they did was fantastic. They cleaned our carpet on the last day of our lease, and when our crummy property management tried to stick us with a carpet cleaning fee because there was some leftover debris, J&J offered to go back the very afternoon I called and do a touch-up job absolutely for free! (To clarify: the initial cleaning job they did was fantastic, but the property management group was the one that left the debris.) They had my back and were willing to communicate with the property management and vouch for the good work they did, and save me $200. They truly went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone without any reservation!”

“Sparkle washes and starches all of my work shirts. It's extremely convenient, and the amount of time that it saves for me is invaluable. One of the most outstanding things happened recently though.. and dropped off my shirts to be washed and pressed at the first and tangerine location and about 35 minutes later got a call on my cell phone from one of the employees who works there by the name of Monique informing me that I had left $45 in one of the shirt pockets. It's incredibly nice to deal with a business that is fundamentally old fashioned and very honest. Also, the fact that they know their customers as individuals. Honestly that kind of service and integrity nowadays is getting harder and harder to find. I highly recommend Sparkle Cleaners. “I would like to thank ServPro for extending themselves in our time of crisis. We had a pipe burst in our ceiling and flood multuple rooms on the lower level of our home. ServPro responded quickly and effectively to assist and remedy the issue. Avery, our project manager was terrific. He personally came out the same day and immediately began the process of restoration. He graciously scheduled himself to returned when our insurance adjuster came to perform the inspection for our claim and was very helpful in assisting with explaining to her what was required to get our home back to satisfactory living conditions and free of any harmful mold in the areas that were affected. He and his team where so patient and never made me feel like a nuisance, because of my lack of knowledge about the processes they needed to perform. They answered ALL, and I had more than a few, questions and always made certain I not only understood, but was comfortable with each step. I can't tell you how much peace that brought. Even when they were busy with demanding schedules, they made certain to communicate with me and so I knew we were important and just as high of a priority. May I mention, we are NOT in their normal service area, but they came and helped us anyway! NOW THAT SPEAKS VALUMES, because they didn't have to extend themselves. An extra special thank you to Angela and Jackson. I've said a lot, but I can't say enough about these two ServPro team members! They are definitely an asset to the company and I can only hope that ServPro truly knows their value and how AMAZING their work ethics are.
