Country Cowboy RV Park

Place to park your RV, rent is reasonable. People are very nice
Laundry room, no pool.

One of the few family friendly parks. You won't find a pool or spa but you will find a community of people who are almost all full time residents. There is a mix of single occupancy studio apartments, manufactured/mobile homes and RVs. Rates were incredibly reasonable for the area and it's all bills included. Although rigs above 35 ft right now won't fit, the owner is currently working to open a few more spots that may be larger.

Driving past all the walled up tight RV parks pulling in here was a breath of fresh air. Literally anything you need with in 5 miles but just out of the Hussle and bustle. The highway is conveniently close but close enough to cause a noise problem.

With today's housing prices it's easy to say I lucked into a million dollar view when we were selected for one of the open spots.

Our family is so happy to be here. The community inside and out of the park has been incredibly welcoming with new playgrounds, and amazing library and other family resources.

You might find yourself on a waiting list but this little park is definitely one worth considering home!

Thank goodness we finally found an RV park that would let us “under 55 years old” people stay here for the night. It’s clean and well kept. There’s a pool and hot tub and laundry and full hook ups. Located in downtown Tempe and a quick walk to anything you need. Dog friendly. Very quiet. We are thankful to find this park while passing through. Highly recommend.
