Miners Grill & Ice Cream Parlor

Address: 4650 N Mammoth Mine Rd, Apache Junction, AZ 85119, USA

Store Restaurant

“Wow! This little ice cream parlor has amazing ice cream and shaved ice! It’s a little shop, the decor goes perfectly with the ghost town. Their caramel and coffee ice cream was really good! I didn’t know shaved ice was so good until I tried the prickly pear one! Ask for prickly pear with a little bit of lime. They have clean restrooms. The staff is very nice and helpful. Totally recommended!”

Goldfield Historical Society

Address: 4650 N Mammoth Mine Rd, Apache Junction, AZ 85119, USA

Museum

“We ended up stopping by on our way back from the Lost Dutchman State Park. If you are visiting the area it is a nice attraction. It is mainly for tourists or locals wanting to take out of state family somewhere for the day. The recreation of the town is what I would believe similar to the original that was in the area at the time of the goldrush. They have train rides that go around the town, a zipline, and mine tours.”

The Church at The Mount

Address: 4730-4798 N Mammoth Mine Rd, Apache Junction, AZ 85119, USA

Church

“Pretty cool place to go and see some cowboy role playing, there is some reptiles room that you can check it out but there is admission $6 for adult and $4 for kids”

Goldfield Ghost Town and Mine Tours Inc.

Address: 4650 N Mammoth Mine Rd, Apache Junction, AZ 85119, USA

Store

“Fun 1/2 day adventure. Very informative mine tour, the mystery shack is unique and fun however if you have vertigo or get dizzy easy beware. They have several places to eat and shop. We purchased really good smoothies. The location is sightly elevated with an incline. Although there is handicapped parking up front, the mine tour & mystery shack are only accessible if you are able to walk per the tour guide. No real access if you have a wheelchair. It didn't look like there was room for a wheelchair on the train ride either. So you're limited to pretty much walking through the town, which is still interesting, and free. There isn't much seating or shade around the town to sit and linger so be prepared to do quite a bit of standing and walking. Also bring water unless you want to pay an exorbitant price for it in the town. Overall it is a fun place to take family & friends when they come to visit. I would recommend going earlier in the day when the temperature is cooler.”

“I stopped by last minute for my first finger tattoo (definitely had to get a tat in a ghost town!) and he was able to fit me in! He was super nice and did an amazing job. Not to mention how clean the shop was! Definitely recommend!”

The Cactus Shoppe

“Very fun shop to walk around and browse. We bought a few things but when we got our receipt by email, there was an extra item charged. The manager refunded immediately. Took my word for it since we live in another state. They are honest and care about their customers. Fun store!! I would go back if I could.”

“The experience is beyond exceptional and the employees are extremely engaging and courteous. My mom and I couldnt stop laughing and screaming the entire time. If you are able to focus on the view it is outstanding as well. I highly recommend, it is worth a priceless moment in your life.”

Siphon Draw Apothecary

Pharmacy Health Store

“I visit Siphon Draw Apothecary every time I'm in AZ. Always enjoy going into the shop. My favorite product is the Orange Geranium Lip Balm. I use it every night before bed and my lips never get dry or chapped; I love it! Also like the Lavender Healing Salve and the Lost Wiseman Soap- smells so good! I also order online and their service is excellent. I'm happy to support this business.”

Mammoth Steak House and saloon

Address: 4650 N Mammoth Mine Rd, Apache Junction, AZ 85119, USA

Restaurant

“UPDATE APRIL 3 2021. Family visiting from out of town and had lunch. As expected for a sunny, warm Saturday afternoon the place was packed. Didn't matter. Service was great, prices are still reasonable and the food is tasty. I had the fish sandwich which was served with a good amount of tasty crispy fries, and tartar sauce. The draft beer was served cold and the price was good. Note that it's "seat yourself" and they try to accommodate everyone so if you're concerned about social distancing you might want to visit during off-peak hours because it can get a bit tight. This was our fourth visit. Yep, it's that good and that much fun. Many of the locals dress up in western wear. We stopped in for a quick round of cold draft brews and a coupla apps - meaty fries and outstanding hot wings, which were plump and with just enough heat. Beers were served wonderfully cold on a day when the temp was 84 degrees and the humidity very low.”

Superstition Serpentarium

Address: 4650 N Mammoth Mine Rd, Apache Junction, AZ 85119, USA

Zoo Meal takeaway Restaurant

“I missed going to this place. I love it. It is open again and the animals miss people. Everyone should go check it out. I believe it is Monday -Friday but Weekends have shows of course. Don't forget the western shows and pictures of kids in jail or spouse. 😆”
