Peaceful old trailer park feel. Nostalgia is what I notice and even though it has no pool or much in the way of amenities, the country feel sold me. :)

Nice clean place to live. No druggies and all the snowbirds leave at the end of winter season so not many tenants for most of the other part of the year when the weather is warm.

Well I've lived at New Haven Estates approximately one year and it's absolutely great, the manager takes care of business the right way, it's nice and quiet with a view of the superstition mountains and price per lot is reasonable

Nice friendly park, but very small. Not for me, but I'm sure others looking for a quaint place would love it!
