Starlight Pediatric Primary & Urgent Care

My baby had been fussy for two days & wouldn’t stop crying. On the third day Saturday night I took him to casa grande banner which was the worst mistake I had ever made waited for hours just so the doctor could tell me “I’m sorry but we can’t do nothing for you here. he looks fine right now, wait until Monday and take him to see his pediatrician.” I went home furious. The following day my baby got worse was screaming his head off, I took him to starlight urgent care and we seen doctor A. He did a full check up on my baby and told me what was wrong with him. Doctor A immediately gave him medicine and answered all my questions which gave me comfort. Doctor A might have an accent but he doesn’t mind repeating himself if you ask him too. He is the best! I trust him. That night I got home and my baby was already feeling so much better.

I love the fact that it’s less people the doctor is great he always checks the kids and gets us right in and out. However the lady that works at the front desk does not go into order. I came and she put two families before me even though I was there first this is the second time has had done this to me. If it’s a walk in bases it should go in order first come first serve!! Other then that the place is great.

I have been here a couple times for my daughter.
First time the wait was a little long due to it being a fairly new business.
Second time, the wait was super fast and she was seen super fast and diagnosed correctly. Had an ear infection, which was very common.

Breathing a sigh of relief after my visit! Banner urgent care had me wait an hour and a half to have a doctor in the room for less than 2 minutes to tell me my 7 month old is fine “just a cold.” Starlight got us in immediately and prescribed antibiotics for his ear infection. Grateful for the kind staff and a doctor who took time to talk to me and SEE my child.
