“Used Crossroads Storage for several years and never had any issues. They keep the yard clean. Never had a rodent issue. My friend had a storage up the road and it was always full of droppings and dead mice. I've never saw mouse droppings at Crossroads. Contacting management is easy. If they miss a call, they return it everytime. Not saying to be late but there was times when I forgot to pay on time and they never made me feel bad about it. They politely called to let me know I missed it but we're not rude or disrespectful in any way. Always felt my belongings were safe there 😁. Like any outside storage, you will get dust inside, but they do what they can to remove extra dust and debris from the area. I do recommend this storage facility.”

“5 stars Nice facility in a good location, good amount of machines and the people are friendly in there. They have soap vending & an ATM that dispenses $10 dollar bills in case you cant make It to the bank, or forget cash. Way easier when you can just get cash out for the coin changers. Hassle free laundry finally!!”

“Went for lunch. Food came out fast and hot. Waitress was fantastic, always had refills of soup for my grandson and drinks for us. Even made a To go cup with out us asking. Need more servers like her her name is Debra A. She even tends the bar while servicing table. Thank you Debra A you made my birthday lunch a very happy time.”
