I could easily get AARP-related insurance or discounted insurance from a number of TV advertising insurance companies, however I'm old-school in the fact that I want to meet and deal with my insurance partners. No internet only or phone exclusivity. I like talking to my agent in person and I pay my bills that way, too. And how about for insuraance claims when they happen and you need help right away? Does the phone support with agents that you have never met make you feel comfortable? Not for me... Michelle's office is super efficient and always contacts me quickly if I call.
