Anyway, I was looking for a local CU as mine is only in Cali, to make deposits etc so I tried a larger one, inside one of the "superstores" hoping for it to be a sister location. Made the mistake of using their ATM for deposit and it was put on hold til they verified "my" account. Well that was a nightmare. I wasnt even able to deposit a cashiers check into my account. Called my CU and lo and behold Pinal is a sister CU for us and within walking distance of my house. The young ladies that were working were absolutely the best. This credit union still has that “small town feel.” Everyone has been really helpful and very nice. Now, does it have everything the bigger banks have? Of course not. You are supporting a smaller credit union when you bank here. The trade off is excellent customer service and and a more personalized banking experience. “I have to do the unlimited car washes. The car washes do an ok job, but any bugs that have been there more than a day won't come off with one pass thru the washer. So using the bug scrubbers and going thru the wash more than once is a must. I usually will do a single pass thru to get the easy stuff off. Then scrub the tough stuck on and anything missed areas with the brush, then back thru again for a final clean n rinse. That works best for me. The staff is usually very friendly and have no issues with double washes.”

Also they have to make money and the card companies make.it tough nowadays...Always a good environment and never leave upset even when paying more. The owner sets the example himself with his excellent customer service and friendly attitude. Love this place and would give 5 stars if not for being alittle overpriced.
