“I appreciated getting paperwork in the mail to complete prior to my appointment so I had time to be thorough and thoughtful. I also got a reminder call the day before. The receptionist was pleasant and I didn’t wait long before being called to an exam room. I waited about 10 min before Dr Muthu entered. He acted like I was the only patient there today. Looked over the documents I had completed asked about medications and previous conditions etc. When discussing today’s reason for visit he was totally engaged. After interviewing and examining me, the medication he felt would be best I knew to be probably quite expensive. He took the time to look up my insurance and the cost with that coverage! (It is $$$$) He gave me options and ceded it was my decision. No pressure. It’s not a life or death thing. All in all, this was one of, if not the most impressive, caring, knowledgable physicians I have even gone to and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.”

“Anytime I go to a new dentist I have anxiety and I’ve had great dentists in the past and one not so good. Anyways, I was nervous and right away I felt at ease because of how friendly everyone is and I loved how Dr.Culler explained and showed what was going on with my teeth. He also asked questions about me to get to know me. I didn’t feel like I was just another patient coming in. It was really nice for a change and he is very knowledgeable at what he does. “First, I'm one of those who will always read the one star reviews. Two out of the three listed here give no details about why they don't like this doctor. Having worked in health care, I can say the third one actually explains the reason why they were dismissed from the practice. A doctor can't be responsible for a patient when the parents refuse to follow up so he can monitor the health of the child. The parents sound like they wanted to be their childs doctor and just order what they wanted. Not good. That said, Dr Vaughn is one of the BEST pediatricians I've met. He is certainly the most thorough, well-educated, kindest doctors I know so far. He takes his time, explains everything, and does his best to ensure kids are comfortable with him. Take your kids to this doctor. You won't be disappointed. AND you will be better equipped to care for your children.”
