If you know about carnitas you know the two of them go together great. The price is something to think about but if you know the labor that goes into it plus you add the awesome flavor. “We were recommended to go here months ago and now it has become our at least once a week dinner. The food may take a few minutes to come out but as the sign on the truck says they don’t make fast food they make fresh food as fast as possible. The food is always amazing and well worth the wait as it’s made fresh as you wait. They never skimp on ingredients and make sure you get your moneys worth. The staff is equally amazing and friendly. I would recommend making this your taco truck in Coolidge or where ever you live as they are worth the drive.”

My dad said this was the best prime rib he has ever had...We are from Iowa with corn fed beef everywhere so I can't say best ever but it was VERY good maybe top 5 and a great experience. Normally I don’t want nor need this much food but this was my first meal at 1pm and pretty hungry. I love how big and juicy a whopper is... and the fries were really good too. “We were able to spend our 20th anniversary here in the King bed with outdoor spa, and it was amazing!! The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and had a nice sized electric fireplace, which was much nicer than having to buy wood. The outdoor spa was what sealed the deal for me though. It is semi private as there is a half wall surrounding it, but at night it is dark enough to feel private. The restaurant was nice, it is more of a Cafe style during the day, but has an awesome view of the course and overlooking the city. The food selection outside the resort is sparse, but it is still close enough to town to go somewhere and not be too far.”
