“Toby and his wife are absolutely fantastic people to work with! Very fast, efficient, and wonderful people. To summarize my experience, my alternator went out while traveling through Casa Grande resulting in my vehicle being towed. Toby's wife told me on the phone they could have me fixed up in a few hours and they not only stayed true to their word but also provided us with a ride to get food while waiting. Although I was expecting to replace the battery as well, Toby checked the battery and informed me it was not necessary to replace it right now. Surely enough, he was right and saved me hundreds which other shops would have easily up-charged me for. I believe this speaks to his character and honesty in his work and what he does. I would highly recommend them to anyone!”

That's just a small sample of their abundant menu. A great beer selection is also available. “This loop is located pretty much close by to the starting point of the Main Trail loop. It's pretty much just a flat gravel trail with stones on the side to mark it so you don't get off-trail. There's some trees and varieties of cacti. The trails seemed to branch off randomly but then would connect again. I did see a wooden gate and beyond that the trail was closed. The employee advised me it's because they are installing a new tortoise exhibit, tba when it's done... Nothing too scenic in the fall on this particular loop although I bet if you come in the spring, it's more pretty as the cacti bloom...”

When I checked out they told me no you have to buy spend the $10 in the same aisle as the item that you purchased. Seems like it was and easy way to rip seniors off. I suggest you ask a lot of questions before expecting Rewards on an item.”

Matt, the 2nd generation owner, is honest, helpful and fair. The shop is clean and he leverages automation to make doing business with him very easy and surprisingly non stressful. Even for a guy like me that considers my cars as part of the family. I have had my 1998 SL convertible (which I bought new and plan to keep until they bury me in it 😍) in twice over 4 years, for nose and rump jobs. Both turned out perfectly. Each time the price was fair and reasonable. Plus, the work was done right, the first time. On time too. Recently, after being rear-ended in my almost new Audi SQ5, I first went to the dealer's collision repair center for an estimate. Silly me. After what was the typical and all too familiar run-around, after sitting an endless call center hold queue when they didn't follow thru, and employees that obviously didn't care a wit about customer satisfaction, I went to Matt instead. Factory parts, professional, caring service I could count on, for 50% less money. The only down side with Quality Paint and Body, below its remote location, is that there is typically a 30+ day lead time for a scheduled service appointment. The shop is only open 4 days a week now (it's closed on Mondays). It's a small business with no plans to expand. (Which I actually consider a big positive rather than a negative.) Regardless, good value is worth waiting for, right?”
