“This is a nice Walgreen store. It's well stocked and clean inside. The help was kind and courteous. I was in need of a blood pressure tester. The help took me right to the exact stocking of them. I decided to walk around and see what else they had to offer. Was amazed to see them having toys, to dog food health care items. Lots of lotions, hair care to birthday cards to reading glasses. Had handy cap parking with nice wide handy cap doors. Location was great with plenty of parking. Carried food cold beverage's and more. Some electronics to head phones. Excellent store to shop at. I highly recommend this location and all of Walgreen's. If you live in Casa Grande or winter visitor's stop in and patronize with them. I did.”

“We rented a lot from private owners, who were great. The park is well managed with very pleasant people. The amenities are nice, and all of our neighbors were nice and friendly. The only issue we found was the water it is very hard. Laundry difficult to get clean and rinsed at park's laundry facilities. But that is how the water is so most lot owners upgrade with water softeners and solve this problem. Will hopefully return, and will recommend to family friends and coworkers.”

THESE ARE COMPLETELY FALSE AND WE KNOW SINCE WE'VE LIVED HERE 2 1/2 YEARS!!!! We have found the management VERY ACCOMMODATING and RESPONSIBLE. Been here since October '17 and no significant problems at all. Well pump broke once and owner hauled water over the entire weekend to make sure there was at least adequate water until repaired. Nice neighbors and absolutely beautiful scenery abounds. Honestly we have found a larger group of really great folks that live here full time. John Wayne used to own this park decades ago and so it's an old park but the prices are extremely reasonable and you won't find a better price anywhere within at least 100 miles.. Still today.. Great place”

“I needed an Ocotillo plant, and could not find a good one in the Casa Grande area. I spoke with Mr. Espinoza, and he said I should come out to Florence to look at the two he had left. He said he believed I would like them, but he wanted me to be happy. I arrived at 7:00am, and worked with Samuel to find the one that met my needs. He was nice, provided great advice about how to travel with it. He helped me carefully load it into the bed of my truck. Finally, he explained the care I should take to ensure it transitioned successfully. Oh and the price was about 30% less than big box stores that had poor quality offerings.”
