“After seeing so many negative reviews for Dollar, I was nervous. Long lines, excessive fees, bad service. I had already booked an SUV for spring break to drive across states, and wasn't sure what to expect. We arrived at the Phoenix airport early on a Tuesday morning, and there was hardly a line at all. We were helped within 5 minutes, declined Dollar's insurance because we had our own, and opted to fill the tank ourselves at drop-off. We borrowed a Chevy Equinox that suited us perfectly. We dropped off the car with no problems in Texas. When we were finally charged, it was exactly what we expected to pay. No hidden fees or charges. No fuss. While I understand that negative scenarios happen a lot, especially in industries like this, I wanted to share my positive experience so others can hear both sides. If the price is right, we wouldn't hesitate to use Dollar again the next time we're in the Phoenix area.”

“This place is great. the owner reminds me of an old connected guy out of Rochester, short, thick as a brick and a look that makes you step back and wipe away a tear. But in truth he is a nice guy and goes to show never judge a book by its cover. His son is great. Anyway whenever I am phoenix I rent from this guy. Fairly inexpensive for a rental. Just be sure to bring proof of collision other wise the cost goes up.”

“They Helped me out as a last Minute Request when my Grandmothers ride didn’t show on TurkeyDay. They showed up in 20 minutes and the fact that they had oxygen as hers ran out was even more helpful. James on the phone was absolutely amazing and worked with me as far as getting a driver & Keith-The Driver who picked her up was very patient, understanding and caring as we had a little troubles(not his fault). “I took my Mercedes GLK350 to Magna after towing it over 1000 miles when we moved to Scottsdale. The team was very honest and helpful, and was able to get me in the next day. They did an amazing job on the exterior including touching up small paint scratches and restoring the headlights. The interior was fantastic, and looks better than it did when we bought the car!
