Jay worked diligently with my insurance company, meticulously detailing the work that was needed to make my Mercedes a Mercedes again (as opposed to the repair kit/used parts options that the insurance adjuster initially offered). He fought for us to get our car back to its original beauty, function and integrity, and did not give up on our behalf (and he prevailed!).
