“In short: Truly one of the best body shops in Tucson. 5/5. Efficient, professional, capable, and reliable. The story: A few years ago, a deer jumped in front of my car. Don't worry though. It was a Texas deer, not a local. You wouldn't have known him. Fortunately, the damage was *mostly* superficial. Japanese engineering being what it is, my car kept driving for almost two full years. Granted, I only had half a front grille. Also, I didn't have A/C during that time & the driver door wouldn't open all the way. But I drove with the windows down. And I used the other three doors. It was fine. Just fine. Until I went to In-N-Out when it was 116 degrees outside. I was waiting, and sweating, and cursing, but I got my burger. And then my radiator finally exploded in a huge, alarming cloud of smoke and fluid. Dang you, In-N-Out. I ordered a side of fries, not Tuesday afternoon chaos. That's not nearly as tasty. My usual mechanic at Big O Tires informed me that "we cannot put a straight piece into such a...we'll call it CURVED spot. Sorry." Fortunately, they knew who could. A friend named Alonzo and his team. I delivered my car to Klassi Kar basically unannounced on a Monday morning. I told them the issue, what I needed (or at least, what I thought I needed), and took the next Uber back to work. One call, several texts, and three days later, my car wasn't just running. It was REBUILT. Stronger. Faster. Blacker. Better. The list of parts Alonzo and his team replaced was about as long as my arm. They themselves went out in search of new parts even while hammering what they could back into place. And they charged me a more than reasonable rate. I had my car back in under a week, with a new radiator, compressor, hood, grille, everything. They did an excllent job. Thank you, Alonzo & crew. I'll be back. ...wait...no, actually I hope I won't. “I had been overlooking this place for a while, but I must say, the team here does an exceptional job. They have been able to diagnose and resolve the issues my vehicle had been experiencing for about a year, making the entire process seamless and effortless. After my car had been idle for a couple of months, it started misfiring. I dropped it off here, and the technicians were able to diagnose and fix the issue. However, when I drove my car again, another error surfaced. I brought it back, and the technicians discovered that a separate issue had triggered the check engine light - just one of the quirks of owning a car that’s over 20 years old. They fixed that as well, and now my car is running smoothly. When I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk, I could tell he was goal-oriented and committed to fixing vehicles in a timely manner. If you’re looking for excellent mechanics nearby and are considering going to Midas, I would advise against it. Come here instead. “These guys saved my life 3 times in less then a week. I wanted them to come in to align my lifted Excursion and had went to another alignment shop just 2 weeks before who charged me for an alignment they couldn't have done. These guys came to me, immediately they diagnosed a loose ball joint (safety hazard) a twisted Coil spring, and then they found my pitman arm wasn't even hand tight on the box and that's after 3 other shops looked at my rig and missed all of that. All of that stuff could have been fatal and cost me my life, yet these guys found it as part of a basic alignment. When I say they have a keen eye for safety I kid you not, his eye was so good that he saw with just a glance that my Axle was an eighth of an inch off from center. They came back out the following week just for a follow up to make sure I was happy with my alignment and we did some test drives. I've been depressed about how sloppy my steering has been for almost 2 years and nobody seemed to have an answer, yet these guys who don't even specialize in lifted truck suspension spotted everything include poor suspension angles, and they replaced bad bushings that were so bad it was scary. Price was extremely affordable for everything they found and they checked steering after each fix. If you want to be safe, and know your vehicle will be aligned right these are the guys.”

“My a/c decided to stop working on my car a few weeks ago during the hottest time of the year! I called around to numerous shops and got the run around and insanely high prices just for a recharge. After doing some digging online I found Zeeke The Car Freak and decided to give them a call. I was greeted with a friendly phone call and was told to bring my car out in an hour or two which was amazing due to it being a Sunday! I arrived and was able to get my recharge taken care of but unfortunately my a/c was still blowing hot. Going above and beyond they started diag right away! After a very short period of time it came down to being my compressor that was bad. We got one ordered and as soon as I dropped my car back off to them a few days later they had the work complete in a few hours and my a/c blowing colder than it ever has!!
