“Dr. Colleen is someone I worked with many years ago. He's very kind and knowledgeable. I scheduled my appointment on the phone, giving them the necessary information, including my insurance info. Upon arriving at my appointment I was greeted by a woman who looked and sounded very tired. She informed me that they didn't have the appropriate referral from my primary care provider. I asked her why no one had called to inform me about needing a referral. Her response was that they are short staffed. Having been a nurse for a very long time, I know you never give patients that excuse. I explained that this could have all been avoided had someone called me to inform me that I needed a referral. I called my primary and they sent the referral right over. Afterward, the same front desk lady was pleasant when I paid my copay.”

“My reoccurring wound puzzled many doctors, Dr.Dhillion included but he never gave up! I’ve never heard of a Wound Care Specialist before and I’m so glad I worked with Dr.Dhillion and his team! My wound was tricky so we had to try many things to get me healed.It’s rare that I like working with a doctor because most make you feel like a cry baby but after 10 years and three surgeries I should be allowed to make suggestions about my care and cry about my issue if necessary. In my case the medical assistant was not at all friendly, didn't set a good tone for the visit, no smile, no friendly chatter, not even a hello. I was called to the door with a view of the assistance’s back and told to follow her to the room. Maybe a bad day? Glad the overall experience got better. Still highly recommended.”
