“I have a dermatologist in Tucson that I like a lot, but decided to give Dr DuPont a try since she is just down the street from where I live. Well, after my visit I am going to switch to Dr. DuPont. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to. She comes across as a nice, caring, "real" person. She is also professional and seems to be quite knowledgeable and experienced. The bottom line for me...I really liked her personally and was impressed with her skills and her office. Top notch facility in every way.”

“I wish I could give more stars honestly. Dr. Young and his staff are the most compassionate and knowledgeable dental staff I’ve ever experienced. I love that his office is a more small and intimate environment. The entire staff is great at communicating options and his outside referral for some work was great too. Dr. Young are Alice are great with exams and procedures and are meticulous in their work. Chris provides gentle, excellent work while explaining everything along the way. Valerie at the front desk is so down to earth and talking to her is a highlight of my appointments. My mom recommended this office years ago and now my entire family, my brother and sisters kids are patients! Best dental office ever!!”

“I was in extreme pain and discomfort when I went to 7 dental and I scheduled a root canal for the next morning. The dentist and his assistant met and exceeded my expectations. “I am reviewing Dr. Reinhart. Smooth referral process, professional and personable front and back office staff, and Dr. Reinhart took a lot of time with me as I was having a hard time. He explained my need to get further tests. For family and professional reasons I have struggled with studying the absolutely complex and amazing brain. Believe me, only extremely highly intellectual people can be a Neurologist. I've read a lot of the reviews and I wonder if I am attending the same practice. “I have been to this location twice and phoned several times. Nothing but very helpful staff, friendly and professional. As to the negative reviews, my observation as to how staff are treated by customers is the likely reason. Yes, excellent customer service is critical, but that shouldn't mean staff have to tolerate abuse. I have personally observed staff being interrupted while assisting other customers, people trying to talk over front desk while a staff member is on the phone, others not wanting to wait their turn in line. Please be kind. They are very busy here. That should say something.”

“I appreciated getting paperwork in the mail to complete prior to my appointment so I had time to be thorough and thoughtful. I also got a reminder call the day before. The receptionist was pleasant and I didn’t wait long before being called to an exam room. I waited about 10 min before Dr Muthu entered. He acted like I was the only patient there today. Looked over the documents I had completed asked about medications and previous conditions etc. When discussing today’s reason for visit he was totally engaged. After interviewing and examining me, the medication he felt would be best I knew to be probably quite expensive. He took the time to look up my insurance and the cost with that coverage! (It is $$$$) He gave me options and ceded it was my decision. No pressure. It’s not a life or death thing. All in all, this was one of, if not the most impressive, caring, knowledgable physicians I have even gone to and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.”

Would have preferred to see the same physician every visit, but they have a rotating schedule. “This Pediatric dentist is absolutely amazing! The staff and dentist's are incredibly kind, patient and truly cared about my child's experience. They made sure everyone was comfortable before, during and after my daughter's dental work. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone with kids. Wish they took adults too because they were so amazing 👏 Kudos to them for truly catering to child's needs and not making my daughter experience uncomfortable. “Dr Mitchell is a fantabulous Chiropractor who cares deeply for each of his patients. He listens to the root issues that a patent shares with him and helps them back to feeling 100%.
