As soon as parts came in. He let me know and got it fixed quickly. No problems since and was cheaper than filing claim with insurance. Would definitely go back the again. Very convenient to walk around mall while he fixes your phone.”

They patiently consulted with me by phone about what I was looking for and made thoughtful, informed suggestions -- helping me find a unit that worked well with my system and my budget. They then sent me the CD player promptly, in a secure triple box. Alas, when it arrived, it was defective and would skip no matter what CD I played. I called them about the problem and they sincerely apologized for the hassle. As it turns out, they did not have a replacement in stock for the unit I bought, but they worked with me to select a different brand. In fact, they helped me upgrade to an even nicer CD player with only a modest price leap. And they sent out the new CD player immediately, even before I had sent back the defective unit. I was very pleased with the new unit and how they handled what could have been an annoying situation. I’ll be buying more gear from this knowledgeable and friendly company.”
