“I ordered an Item from Best Buy online for a Christmas gift. The item looked liked it was used an repackaged. I took it to my local Best Buy (Superstition Springs). I have to say they took care of me. The item wasn't in stock in their store but offered to find one and have it shipped to me or their store. I couldn't do that since it was Christmas eve. Cashier suggested the next model up. I said if I could get it at a discount I would be more than happy to buy it. Cashier had to check with Manager. “My 97 F-250 7.3 was having issues starting for about a week. It got so bad I had to jump start it after work and I immediately headed to integrity automotive & diesel. They wanted to charge me $160 just to diagnose the issue and couldn’t even look at it till two days later. Needless to say I left and headed to o’rielly on Silverbell just south of grant. I walked in and John the manager very professionally greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I told him I would like to have my electrical system tested. He jumped at the opportunity and diagnosed my issue promptly. Bad alternator. John didn’t have one at his store but he was able to put one on hold for me at another store. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be returning for all my auto parts needs. John is very knowledgeable and helped me save quite a bit of money servicing my truck.”

Large selection but you have to come back on a fairly regular basis to find what you're looking for as inventory is constantly changing. Prices are good for the most part. The times we've been in there the staff has been very helpful. Album price is based on the condition of the album and so far we've gotten some good deals on albums that are lightly used but still very good quality. One time we got an album that was a little more scratched up than we would have liked and they let us exchange it for another one that was much better.”
