They delivered the tree and Buddha a day after I purchased. I was so impressed by the delivery men. It took 4 of them to off load the statue. I appreciate the level of care they took with my purchase and the other items on the truck. Be careful you might spend more than anticipated, but who doesn't love plants, trees, shrubs and cacti. ❤️ The staff was super cool too. Very helpful with prices, holding our items and knowledgeable. She was very detailed, she repeated sales policies and made sure there was a full understanding of what was being offered and what the customer, such as me, should expect. Tricia flowed with the process of allowing us to peruse the chairs available without being intrusive. I had to bring my husband in to seal the deal. I wanted his opinion and input and Tricia was patient with this process as well. For there was some back and forth once my husband came in. The chairs are custom made and the process for picking fabric and colors could have been overwhelming. This furniture is extremely high quality, built to out last you (and your kids) and is made at their site, so adding additional pieces, that match, will not be an issue. The salesman (Phillip) bent over backwards to accommodate my multiple changing of patterns, colors, and even the furniture designs several times. “After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to use VIP Smart Storage for both my garage cabinets and garage floor epoxy coating. I was building a new home and scheduled a sales visit with Tom while the house was still at frame stage. I wanted to order everything early to avoid Pandemic related supply chain and labor issues. We scheduled the install to have the garage floor coated on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (3-step application), with the cabinets going in on Friday. The install went perfectly as planned, and these guys did a phenomenal job. The epoxy floor is beautiful and the cabinets are spectacular. Excellent quality of construction and no cheap short cuts on materials. And last but not least, the pricing was excellent.
