“The cleaning was very satisfactory however, I am not convinced they are a clean healthy dry cleaner that does NOT use PERK a chemical often used in dry cleaning. Even though I have asked when I go to the location whether they are indeed a clean dry cleaner, I do not come away with the sense as to whether the company uses PERK. Usually a dry cleaner who uses healthy practices makes it known in signage outside or inside the store.”

They brought it back to life after not being cleaned for at least 25 years. We have white plush carpeting so it was pretty dirty, but it was cleaned up fantastically! We are so grateful that our carpet came back to life! Not only did they clean our carpet but they were very professional while doing it. Tony went out of his way to make sure that we would be happy with our order, and even had them delivered for us on Christmas Eve, as he knew this was a Christmas gift for my husband!! The uniforms are well made, and fit perfectly! They even have a snap where the collar comes together instead of a button, as many uniforms have. Our logo looks perfect and I am very happy with Mission Linen Supply, and was very satisfied with Tony. If and when his uniforms wear out, as they are well made to last, I WILL most certainly go through Mission Linen Supply, and hopefully will deal with someone as helpful and friendly as Tony.”

When I called to schedule an appointment they were overly helpful, they came on time (early, actually!), and did quick and efficient work. They were very thorough and the job they did was fantastic. They cleaned our carpet on the last day of our lease, and when our crummy property management tried to stick us with a carpet cleaning fee because there was some leftover debris, J&J offered to go back the very afternoon I called and do a touch-up job absolutely for free! (To clarify: the initial cleaning job they did was fantastic, but the property management group was the one that left the debris.) They had my back and were willing to communicate with the property management and vouch for the good work they did, and save me $200. They truly went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone without any reservation!”
