“I love this library. It’s a wonderful place to take my son - they have frequent activities and events. There is a fun area in the Children’s section with puppets and other pretend play items. You can check out board games, instruments, Lego and more. Book selection is great for the size of library, and you can request an item online to pick up here if it’s not available at this location. We are always welcomed like a friend when we come. This library is such an important part of the community.”

“Small but has a good book collection. The librarians are very helpful and friendly. If you can't find the book you're looking for you can go up and ask for them to order it. They said they don't do late fees, so if you do return a book late you won't have to pay for it. The bathroom was really nice and clean and I love the little child's area for my baby cousin (3). They have fun events too. My only problem is that unless you know that the building is the library there is no sign saying "hey this is the library". It's just a gray building.”

“Visiting Arizona, staying in Fountain Hills, out for a bike ride and I dropped by the library. What wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable staff you have! I browsed the collection which is always interesting for a fellow library employee, and I can see it serves your community well. Especially interesting to see your unique indigenous collection. Thank you for taking time to welcome me into your Tribal Library!”

Address: 16140 Pierce Ferry Rd, Dolan Springs, AZ 86441, USA
“So grateful to have a library in Dolan Springs! While it is only open 3 days a week currently and for only half the day, if we want to keep the library going or expand the hours, stop by for a visit so the county will see that this little library is a needed service in our community. The library has free wifi, a community bulletin board, a selection of books and DVDs (plus access to other books in the county by request), and some study and/or activity tables. Terrie, the current librarian staff member, is friendly and can help you get set up with a new library card, which also allows you to access ebooks, audiobooks, and more online. I'm keeping warm in the space today, joining an online meeting and completing some projects. During the summer the library is also a great place to visit to cool down from the heat. I love libraries! Let's grow this one into the great community space we know it can become for Dolan Springs residents and visitors.”

Address: 20304 W White Tank Mountain Rd, Waddell, AZ 85355, USA
“Love this library. It's usually not very busy and has a beautiful partial panoramic view of the White Tanks. Sometimes you'll get to see lizards or rattlesnakes, or visit the tortoise off to the side. Also some wonderful short hiking trails if you're into that too. They also have a great little seed program where you can take some seeds for growing! The little section for kids learning is a good stop for parents with 3-5 year olds where they can do some fun programs on the computer. Very nice library!”

“We love our Buckeye Library. They have a great selection of books, a fun and safe environment, and great clubs to join. We go once a week for the past year for their coding club and to check out books. That class has been so educational for my daughter. The staff there are fantastic! Oh, and the summer reading programs are a great thing for all ages.”

“Wonderfully quaint and well kept and clean library. No homeless people stinking up the place and spreading germs like the phoenix libraries. This place is super tidy and nothing but very respectful people go there. Thier library shop is one of my favorites as I frequent all of them around the valley. The best thing is how SILENT and peaceful it is...exactly the way a library should be! 😃😍 great library!”

“Just heard about this free library in the Maricopa Monitor magazine and I can't wait to take my son. What a wonderful idea and SHAME on our HOA for trying to thwart such a wonderful project. I'd be happy to help in the efforts to meet the ridiculous requirements placed by our board. I also plan to attend the next meeting to share my support.”

“I was part of the 2012 graduating class, the very first class from this school. It was an honor being in the first graduating class. I enjoyed my three years at Vista Grande more than my 1 year at Casa Grande High School for freshman year, before Vista was open. The memories I have from attending this school will stay with me forever. Thank you all. The teachers were awesome, and the learning was actually fun.”
