Another plus was that they sent a crew of seven to do the job so the work was not only done well, it was done efficiently. “We live in Cave Creek, AZ. We were involved in a hail storm. We called Top Notch to do an inspection. We heard of them from a friend. There was indeed hail damage to the roof and the AC unit. The owner of Top Notch, Donnie Jones suggested I call my insurance agent. The agent scheduled a claims adjuster. Mr Jones met the adjuster, armed with reports from NOAA, showing hail was in the area. He went over the pictures he taken during his inspection and walked the roof with the adjuster. Claim was approved and Top Notch promptly replaced the roof. We were even able to get an improved, more energy efficient replacement. We were very pleased with the quality, the promptness and professionalism Top Notch did on our claim.”

“Roof Medics is a top notch company to work with. They replaced my foam roof in February and I have zero complaints. The foreman was excellent and oversaw the quality of work and made sure everything was up to his high standards. They did not cut any corners. They re-installed my air conditioners in better shape then when they were removed for foaming. You could see the attention to detail in every step of the effort. I had four bids and their bid was the most reasonable and included a lot of extra items the other companies did not bid. They kept my pool protected and cleaned up the yard when finished each night. This is the second time I had my roof replaced i (last time 25 years ago), and this company far exceeded my expectations. I don't usually do reviews but in this case I felt it a must.
