We could tell that he was passionate about his company, the performance of his crews, and the product he delivers. He went above and beyond what other companies were willing or wanting to do to ensure that all damage was included in the insurance settlements and replaced/repaired properly. Many projects of this size will not go without issues arising, but when they did he and his teams worked to resolve them very quickly and to our satisfaction. “Just had my two roofs done. Great work done! Had a metal roof done on both. They were fast and clean. They had many choices of colors. I picked a brown textured color. This worked out great because I had them lay over my existing shingles. The texture removed any ripple looks from the shingles. It started raining today and I was able to inspect for water leaks and found NONE!!!! I had them replace part of the plywood on one of my patios. They put the snow guards up and lifted my gutters up so the water wouldn't run past it. Highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Great job!!!!”

“These guys are amazing! I had a quote within 2 days of calling them, they started the job within a couple days of acceptance of the quote and were completed in 2 days with the tile roof and then they returned the following work day and reroofed the flat patio roof. The superintendent walked the roof after it was completed and had the guys back out the same day for some "touch up" items. American Roofing's attention to detail is amazing! Something that you don't see much in todays world... I highly recommend them for any roof replacement, repairs, or new construction that you have. I sent them the plans for my Grandson's house that we are building this fall in Prescott Valley. I will always call them and refer them for any roofing projects I hear of!! “Legacy has beautifully completed various jobs for me and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my roofing repairs. Frank was highly recommended to me from the veteran community and for good reason. Initially the flat part of my roof blew off and rain started pouring into my balcony, which leaked into my bedroom. He quickly dispatched a wonderful team to fully replace that section of my roof with a high quality membrane quickly for a reasonable price with warranty. It’s almost been two years and still flawless despite frequent harsh weather. They also replaced the damaged plywood in the balcony, sealed a leak around a stovepipe, and replaced wood that had been damaged during two separate beehive removals. Recently the shingled roof started blowing off in a microburst and Frank was indescribably helpful babysitting me as I stumbled through my first insurance claim on my first house. The reroof went smoothly despite the house being in an inconvenient area where all materials had to be moved by hand rather than by crane, and looks immaculate after already facing many freezes and heavy storms. Crews are always skilled, efficient, timely, respectful, and reliable; they take extra care to leave the place spotless. Frank is great company, upfront, thorough, and honest.
