“Is okay. One of my units the rubber gets stuck in the cement and I need to get a knife to open it once I unlock the unit. I have told them 3 times already, but they are not doing nothing about it. One girl come and try to clean it but even she saw that it was sticky and she Saud that she would tell the manager about it. So far nothing. I do floral design and am constantly in the unit, but I still have problems with the door. One Part is a good thing the unit door is tied so no bugs come in, but in the other hand is hard on my hands to open the door in the unit. Oh well live goes on!!”

I decided to rent a storage and hope for the best. I am SO glad I did! The on-site husband/wife duo Nic and Tammy are quite the team and exceeded my expectations. From my first interaction it was clear they care about their customers. The price I found for the online special is the price they honored. Each step of the way they told me what to expect. As I filled out all paperwork they explained everything, which they didn’t need to do. We discussed the terms, expectations and what to do if in the future I no longer need the space. Ryan thoroughly explained the charges including late fees and when they take effect, extras that can be purchased like insurance and a better padlock, as well as ensuring we were able to successfully use our new access code. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the facility offers large carts for transporting our goods to/from our storage space effortlessly and with fewer trips.”

Well, I finally lost the battle and decided to hire a professional for the first time. “City Wide Decorators fixed some water damage we had from a leaky roof and repainted the ceilings in four rooms of our house as well as the hallway going up the stairs - not a simple painting job. I should also note that our walls are plaster and so that made it a bit trickier. They were careful to exactly match the color of the existing paint and did a spectacular job. They also warned us about the potential of lead paint in our older home which was very appreciated since we have a small child and one on the way. For this reason, we were able to schedule them to work when we were out of town and they left the areas they were working in spotless. We are very happy with the result and would definitely recommend this company to others!”
