I had body damage and even more beneath the surface body damage that required Jay to take my car apart to document (after my insurance company offered me a fraction of the repair cost to fix my car). Jay worked diligently with my insurance company, meticulously detailing the work that was needed to make my Mercedes a Mercedes again (as opposed to the repair kit/used parts options that the insurance adjuster initially offered). He fought for us to get our car back to its original beauty, function and integrity, and did not give up on our behalf (and he prevailed!). The car is operating perfectly and is as amazing looking as it ever was. We are so very grateful to Jay, who also kept us informed in detail every step of the way and had the car done on time.
