B & D Towing and Recovery

I Believe the driver that came to tow my truck was named Joe. I was at exit 233 on I40 at the loves. He was professional and had great customer service. I have told my company that we need to use this towing and recovery company.

Fast and friendly service. After contacting my insurance company and them telling me it would have to be the next morning to get a tow, I made a call to B&D towing and they were there in less than a hour! Great service! Would recommend again.

B&D was the best part of my horrible experience in Memphis with a truck breakdown. Starting with Jessica at the dispatch front and ending with Tony who gave me a tow twice, THEY WERE THE BEST!

Jessica worked with me and answered all my questions and Tony went above and beyond accommodating me and my dog Cali...and taking care of my truck while in tow with extra attention to details like strapping down all my fairings on the back of the truck so they don't blow off while being towed. Little things like that and being super personable make a difference while dealing with truck issues on the road. I told Tony this once already...I hope to not see you again for a long time in terms of needing a tow, but if I'm ever in need while broken down or know of anyone needing a tow in the Memphis area, you guys will be the first call.

I cant say enough good things about Jeff and B&D. I had to use their services one night due to a tanker rollover. Jeff helped to assess the scene before I was able to get there, he let me know exactly what would be needed and how long it would take. The quality of his work was second to none and the pricing was fair. I have been in the trucking business for 14 years and this is the best tow company I have ever worked with. I highly recommend using Jeff and his crew at B&D.
