“I got a flare tire on hwy 55 at 3pm, 4 hours from home. No spare tire so I called roadside for a tow. Took the tow truck 2 hours to get me to the shop. (Tow truck has no affiliation with the tire shop). I called ahead to see if they had a matching tire. They did. When I arrived they were waiting for me. The shop guy started my tire change while assistant manager Allison took care of the paperwork. By the time I was done with paperwork the tire was on and ready to go. I met the shop manager Aaron who was super helpful. Great small town shop seems to be the place to go.”

Being one of the only shops that works on Smart cars within a 3 hour drive means they could probably take advantage of customers but he made sure that I understood what was going on with my engine coils. They made sure they diagnosed all the way to the root cause and provided me with the over all health of my car at the same time. While there were some things that I "could" have had worked on they explained the urgency of each maintenance item so that I could determine how best to proceed. Additionally, they determined that the transmission errors on my diagnostic were legacy errors that had not been cleared by the dealership when working on my car over 3 years ago >”
