“If I could give more stars I would! Roy helped my husband so much! We had just put a new motor in with another mechanic, and it blew right away. I called this shop and it was 2 days before Christmas and Roy was booked solid and he managed to fit my husband in! Bad news, the motor was junk. He was honest, told us he wouldn’t just take our money and pretend to fix it. He let us know how to fix it as well if that’s what we wanted. My husband is down there for work, and had no where to leave his car for a week to try and make it home for Christmas. AGAIN Roy came to the rescue. He let us leave our car there without hesitation. Moral of the story, he didn’t try and swindle money out of us, he made it possible for my husband to make it home to family, and all around upstanding guy! 10/10 I would recommend, a hundred times over. Thank you Roy!”

“I was trailering my sailboat and wanted to get my spare tire fixed. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted outside with a helpful heart. He immediately had someone replace my tire on the spare and had them check all the air pressure in my trailer, which turned out to be a life saver. Upon a closer look, they found some metal coming through my tire and a bulge on the side like it was getting ready to blow. They replaced all tires and got me back on my trip all within 30 minutes. I couldn't believe the responsiveness. I don't live anywhere near there, or I would say I'd be doing all my business there in the future, but I definitely recommend anyone looking for exceptional customer service and wanting to be treated as a person "friend", then that's the right place to go. Those guys made me want to stick around for a while and have a BBQ with them. Great Job, and thanks for helping out a tired sailor.”
