“My car broke down after I thought it was taken care of ! It was raining ! I wasn't sure if I was going to make a doctor's appointment that I've been waiting a year for! I was unraveling to say the least. I called on the phone first and they said they could help. When I got there..I think James helped me... He has a bat tattoo on his hand. He was super kind and considerate and walked out to the car with me. It's times like that ..when you really just need help ( and a new battery ) that the customer service is so important. I would recommend this place to stop in. There's a parking lot too for what it's worth. Thanks for saving the day bat guy!”
