We left SC at 3am to head to OH. When we arrived, it was almost 2 hours prior to check-in. My husband used the app to pick a room, and we knew it wasn't ready, so we were just going to go inside and have a cup of cocoa and wait in the lobby. We were greeted by Burt♡ He was so nice and said that our room wasn't ready but he could put us in one that was! I didn't care because all I wanted to do was sleep. We got checked in and took a nap before dinner. The room was clean and fresh. The next morning, Burt is still at the desk. I ask if he has a twin because any normal hotel, there is a staff change early. Nobody came in to relieve him, and he said he'd been up for 36 hrs already😔 Hampton Inn, PLEASE recognize this wonderful employee of yours! His attitude was so wonderful despite being up for so long. You would never know. I recognize you Burt and am very thankful for your work. Any company would be privileged to have you on their team! The breakfast was amazing.

My heat went out and my pipes froze xmas eve when it was -7 outside so the first plus was that I got a room instantly. The woman at the front desk was kind, warm, inviting and very friendly and instantly made me feel better after freezing and not being able to shower for 24 hours. The hotel was warm and clean and had a good energy. My room was clean and calm and it was just what I needed after a very cold night and day. Being xmas Eve it was a bit pricier than I expected but it was absolutely worth it and I was pleasantly surprised that the pictures on the website were of the actual rooms and lobby and that is not always the case so I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn if your staying in Lancaster.

Room was clean and good sized (King suite with sleeper sofa). Lots of room for my kids to spread out. Mattress was comfortable. Bathroom was good sized too. Tub surround had a crack in it but otherwise looked good and there were 5 towels... some places only give you 2-3. Breakfast was great- really appreciated the Greek yogurt option, fresh fruit, and hot eggs and sausage. Lots of parking available near entrance.

The hotel is older so don't let the outside fool you. The stay was great. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The outstanding service is the reason to stay here. The staff is exceptional and very pleasant. I stayed here for some time and it felt like home. Wish the owner would update the property.

Several years ago I became very ill with a very strange series of symptoms.  Didn't mean that I wasn't sick, but it gave the insurance company just enough of an opening that they thought that they could get away with not having to pay on the policy.
I interviewed and hired Brian Kim early in my illness when the insurance company fought paying the short term disability policy.  It took a bit but Brian was able to help me resolve the matter.  Unfortunately, Prudential decided that it would be good sport to continue to mess with the sick guy and his family and not pay LTD benefits.
As I have gotten to know Brian, I'm so favorably impressed with his work ethic and his follow through.  When you call, he either answers or calls back in relatively short order.  He is thorough and thoughtful in his preparation and does his best to resolve issues in our favor before litigation is needed.  Brian has been on top of communications management, intercepting and either correcting, answering or denying requests and/or assertions by the insurance company.  In doing so, he has protected me from myself, especially when I am undergoing medical treatment that can leave me mentally vulnerable.
Bottom line, Brian has had my back the entire time. And, while I'd never wish having to go through this on anyone, having Brian in your corner makes it a bit easier.  Brian was brilliant in arranging my LTD coverage and cementing the life insurance policy I was promised as part of my employment agreement.
Part of what makes Brian so effective is the fantastic staff at BKK.  All of the folks in the office will do whatever it takes to make certain that your message gets through, your letter gets sent or your documents are filed.  Conscientious and supportive, the BKK staff are the perfect complement to Brian's practice in that they make me feel as though I am the only client that they have to worry about. Very unusual for a law practice.
I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by Brian Kim and the staff of BKK.

Brian Kim reinstated my disability benefit.

Before I hired Brian, I had many questions for him. He responded quickly and patiently every time. In my experience, many businesses are super nice during the "pre-sale" phase. So I thought this was typical. After I hired Brian, I expected Brian to be less responsive when I had questions. To my surprise, Brian never changed and stayed responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

Brian is very intelligent but he is also down to earth. He is a good listener and respects my input.

The appeal letter Brian wrote for me looked like a PhD dissertation paper. He incorporated all the important facts and detailed supporting information. His writing was persuasive and concise. I rarely see a technical document/legal document that was so well written! My insurance company reinstated my benefit shortly after that.
