“Connor is an exceptional acupuncturist and, (even better!) a kind, vibrant and thoughtful person. The office is a wonderfully curated, relaxing and nourishing environment (chill music, low light, comfy chairs, the works!) that perfectly matches the welcoming and accepting presence he brings to his practice. He’s good at explaining what he’s doing and why if you’re into that (I am), and has always made sure I am safe, comfortable, and cared for. At the end of the day, it’s clear that he cares about his clients’ health & wellness. I’ve seen him work with others during community acupuncture sessions, and he’s exceptionally warm and caring to everyone who comes through his door. Bonus: If you’re scared of needles, new to or worried about acupuncture, or concerned about if your practitioner really cares or is listening to your needs, this is your person. And if you’ve worked with someone else before, I bet you’ll be pleasantly surprised. This guy is a gem. Enjoy, y’all!”

“Dr Esche is phenomenal. I booked an appointment to discuss hair loss and he spent so much time understanding my situation and outlining many paths to treatment. Highly recommend!”

“Been coming here every year when I visit the area except during the pandemic. Still delicious and great service. I've had a lot of the dishes, all great tasting. Had the Chicken Shawarma and Spanikopita twice. Loved it. As you might see in the pics, I dug into the food and forgot to take the pics first time I went. The second time was takeout. Was so good 👍. If you're looking for some great tasting food and friendly fast service...Troy is your place”

“I love this new location. It is much more organized & a lot easier to see & find fabrics. Large quantity of unique fabric selections with very competitive prices. The Staff is friendly, knowledgeable about their products & always quite helpful. I enjoy shopping here. It would be nice if there was a senior discount offered. Other than that, great place to shop for fabrics & notions.”

“I’ve never had these before today. Let me just tell you!!!!! The best corn dogs I’ve ever had in my life! So many varieties, great prices and the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The owners and employees are very helpful, so caring and make you feel like you’re home away from home. Like literally, I could cry because they were so nice! I will be returning often! Please support this local Berkeley business! You won’t regret it. Plenty of easy parking nearby! Did I mention great prices? Your kids will love it too! My daughter and I are obsessed now! They made our dream of having Korean corn dogs that we’ve seen in the shows we watch, come to life and it was so worth it!!!!”

“I would give a million stars if I could! This review is long overdue. I have been coming to Studio Abasi for over 10 years now and it has single handily been the best decision I’ve ever made for my skin. Shannon is a miracle worker, beyond skilled at what she does and the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met about all different types of skin conditions. There really is no one else in the world that can do what she does and I have tried countless others before Studio Abasi. I started seeing Shannon in my mid-twenties for breakouts and she cured what no other specialist or dermatologist could. Now in my forties, I’m still seeing Shannon anytime I have skin issues, for anti-aging treatments, dehydration, hyperpigmentation…she has transformed my skin and my life. She genuinely cares about her clients and is always so gracious with her time anytime I have questions. She also develops and formulates her own products, and they are extremely high quality and more effective than any big name skincare brand. I never stray from her products and my only concern now is running out, so I always stock up. I would not trust anyone else with my skin and will be going to Studio Abasi for life! And a huge plus is that she also is the most amazing human being! Studio Abasi will truly transform your skin!”

“UPDATE: I have been going to V for every issue I've had with my 2004 car. And he's the best. Friendly, honest, experienced, and quick! I can't say enough good things! ... I took my car to this place because the check engine light came on and the car was jolting and failing to shift gears. V dropped what he was doing and immediately ran out to my car and did a diagnostic test for FREE. He encouraged me to hold off on repair unless necessary because it would cost appx $800, and he turned off my check engine light and told me to come back if it happened again. When it did, he once again stopped what he was doing and ran to my car to do the diagnostic test. Though I did not get any work done because of needing to go directly to my car dealer, I highly recommend this place! I have never been so impressed with a mechanic's promptness and honesty. V obviously works hard and truly values his customers. I plan on going to him for every issue I have in the future!”

“Wonderful library! Better than UC libraries for recreational reading. Easy to use. They carry pretty much every book that is somewhat well-known, in my experience. They have a wonderful new books section organized by subject, with some books sitting separately as a highlight if you're feeling indecisive. They list similar titles on their online platform if you look up a book you liked and wanna find something similar. They offer free tickets to museums as far as you're a Berkeley resident. They offer laptops and self-service printing. The staff has always been nice to me, and the interior is pretty with lots of seats.”

“Our experience with ACCESS RUGS was excellent. We purchased a Persian rug from them, and it far exceeded our expectations. They carefully guided us in selecting the right size and design that complements our home. Mr. Ata, the owner, is fantastic at assisting customers and made an on time delivery. We definitely recommend their services!”
