Nice local florist. Great if you need a quick custom bouquet.

We received a beautiful floral arrangement from Gigi's. We will definitely call them for our future floral needs. The floral design and flowers were beautiful.

The customer service is great and so helpful. The designer is awesome! The arrangements look so beautiful and the flowers are fresh from the SF flower market.

I've used this company two/2 times. Both times, the flowers delivered, were the flowers I ordered (thanks Marissa & Elizabeth). Delivery on the 2nd time was a bit later than promised but everything else was fine. This was a minor issue but I did take 1/2 star off because of it. Pricing was fair to good. All the personnel were cordial and professional (I visited their location in CV, next to Metro-PCS).

I also emailed these folks. Once to have my name spelled correctly on my receipt (which might be an issue/billing?), no answer confirmation (this wasn't a big deal either). And once again to confirm delivery (no answer). I took off 1/2 start for not returning my emails (again, minor issue). So, this is why I gave 4-stars and not 5.

If you have an email address, you'd better have "someone" monitoring it or just delete it and just give your phone #. I'll use them again, though.

After working out, I was desperate for a gift for my wife's birthday. Knowing she love flowers, I found Gigi's Florist to be quite accommodating. They provided a floral arrangement that was beautiful, colorful and artistically gorgeous. Thanks Gigi's, you safe my day/A__??? Lol
