  Gary did a great job on the front exterior of our house. He was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him.

  Gary is very easy to do business with. He is not a salesman, just a good and honest contractor whom we hired to paint the exterior of our house. His quote for the paint job was more reasonable than others. The repair work, to replace and fix dry rot was billed separately and a detailed update of which was emailed daily. He tried to find ways to reduce the cost to me without compromising the quality of the work. The bill for the carpentry also ended up being more reasonable than other quotes I received.
  
  He was willing to put in a little extra work to satisfy some small requests to make the house look even nicer. He and his team were very professional and respectful of our property and privacy. At the end of the project, they cleaned up the area completely.
  
  I am happy with his work and glad that we found a local contractor to work with. I would recommend Advanced Painting Systems to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable contractor for home painting.

  Gary and his team painted the exterior of our house in November 2020. In addition to completing all of the structural repairs that we requested prior to painting, they carefully examined the house and fixed numerous flaws that we had not seen. The team worked diligently and were highly professional, completing the job in a little more than a week. We have received a number of complements on our house and are very pleased with the work.

  We're very happy with the work Gary did on our house. He painted both the exterior and our living room. Gary was understanding of every request, and the project was not a penny over his estimate. He and his crew were very friendly and worked around our schedule as we needed. We love the compliments from all our neighbors!

  We used Advanced Painting Systems for external painting of our primary home in Union City, CA. We had other painters who messed up our house with drips of paints everywhere in our house. When Gary of Advanced Painting Systems came to inspect and give us estimate, the house was partially painted with tapes and plastics everywhere. Gary gave us a very reasonable estimate and scheduled to start work in a couple of days. From day one, we could see how serious a professional he was. He was very meticulous in his work and started doing more things than we expected. (Yes, we have had one bad luck after another with service providers. It was delight to see this for a change.)
  
  But what impressed us most was how easy Gary was to talk to. He was patient in answering our questions, leading us through paint selection, and even touring other homes in the area to see colors that appeal to us.
  
  We are very impressed and pleased with Gary. It is very rare to find a great professional with this degree of understanding and customer orientation and reasonable price. I didn't have an account on this site. I just created it now for writing this review. This shows how compelling and great his services was for us. Go with Gary and you will find one of the best professionals you ever had.
