Sadly, however, I was exhausted by all THE NOISE!🤯

Will not be returning for only THAT reason.
Fine dining in a noisy warehouse is not "my cup of tea."
P.S. Perhaps I will get that chocolate cake to go.😋

Great food and amazing service! Chicken take 45 minutes to make, so I’d recommend ordering it early if you’re thinking about it.

Best roasted chicken in the Bay Area! Been here multiple times and the food is consistently perfectly cooked every time.

Yesterday, I had family visiting from out of the country, and I really wanted to have them try the chicken from Oculto. We were seated immediately, and even though we were too early for dinner, the owner graciously let us order from the dinner menu. We all gushed over the food. Every single thing was delicious: papas bravas, pig ear salad (best crispy pig ears I'veever had), pork belly tacos, and the roast chicken al carbon. I also ordered a hibiscus lemonade which I found too sweet, so I watered it down myself and ended up with 2 glasses of iced tea. Service was excellent-- staff and chef was super attentive to our needs. Not only did they borrow a highchair from the restaurant next door (Oculto doesn't have high chairs), they even made fresh flour tortillas for my toddler even though it wasn't on the menu. Even my toddler gobbled everything we put on her plate. The only thing I wish they served was rice. The chicken and sauce goes so well with rice and it's a shame they don't serve it.

Really enjoyed their pork belly tacos and the half rotisserie chicken. Their sauces that accompany their dishes are excellent. I think I'll come back to try their mole.

Service was average at best. There wasn't one specific issue with their service, but the overall vibe wasn't welcoming.

Wow! This place is incredibly good. Food is very flavorful, beautifully presented and absolutely hands down delicious!
The service was above and beyond.. we really enjoyed our time. Such a great fun atmosphere we will definitely be back with more friends. Love the new fusion style and city like quality we missed so much! A++
