“hello reviewers, hope all is well, i just want to take a min of your read time to let you guys know about my amazing experience at this business facility. i and my family moved out of state but i wanted to lock up a bunch of stuff so At first, I was a bit lost, this is my first time looking around for storage units and trying this one as my first was a great choice in my opinion. I've heard a lot of good things about public storage spaces but that means nothing if it's your first time, when I walked in I was greeted and helped by the nicest employee by the name of KYLE . he let me know how it all worked in order to acquire space, helped me chose the right size boxes & lock that was available within this clean facility and even pointed me in the right direction to which size of space that I needed. it definitely made me feel welcomed and in the right hands, customer service was amazing, and I know it's not often you see a good review be posted here on google but seriously he was incredibly helpful, no cap. I'd definitely be recommending this place to my friends and other people as a place to go for storage spaces”

“Had a wonderful experience here! My mom went through a tough time and needed a storage right away. She's disabled and needed a floor unit, Darcy helped us son much! She was very caring and talked with mom so nicely, she could tell my mom was having some problems and not knowledgeable about getting a storage! Highly recommend this place just for the customer service and care shown by Darcy! We visited store #29180 in castro valley on Grove Way.”
