“Had a wonderful experience here! My mom went through a tough time and needed a storage right away. She's disabled and needed a floor unit, Darcy helped us son much! She was very caring and talked with mom so nicely, she could tell my mom was having some problems and not knowledgeable about getting a storage! “We had a very bad smell in our kitchen which was not getting any better. We called Roy and what a great experience we had. He came in and eliminated two giant rats that had gotten under the house. He came in and blocked off all of the entrances underneath the house. He was very professional and very personable. Highly recommend him if you need an exterminator.”

“I love that it is so clean and the staff are always so friendly at this place. There are a ton of different selections for vegetarian or vegan for sure, and they always have some interesting stuffs. I like How they release their seasonal seasoning selections every two months so they have a lot of interesting flavors, which makes cooking more fun. “Sean is awesome. I called around to other muffler shops and machine shops to get some studs removed from an exhaust part that I needed to get back in my car. Nobody was willing to give me the time of day. Then I called Neal's muffler services and was told to talk to Sean. Sean told my to swing by. Within minutes he had gotten the job done and was professional. I will definitely be returning here with future exhaust work.”

“A true gem in Castro Valley! Rene does a fantastic job with her shop. It may be physically small but it’s packed to the brim with stylish, clean and extremely well priced clothing. The best part is I can easily find things for myself (early 30’) and my mom here. She must add new items everyday because I can go in weekly and find new items. I don’t think I’ve ever left empty handed in fact! I found the absolutely perfect dress for my best friends wedding in Thailand for only $18 (was a NWT dress from Macy’s that retailed for $180!) pricing in general is extremely reasonable, I hardly ever see items priced over $20 and she always has a great selection of items for 50% off. Rene is self is an absolute delight as well, she’s incredibly friendly and I truly feel like I’m visiting a friend when I stop in. I moved to Castro Valley about a year ago and I’m happy to have found them true gem of a shop!”

“I love Groveway. I found them in 2015 when my friend needed help choosing a vet to take her senior cat to say goodbye. I had never been in the room for a euthanasia before and I was very nervous, but needed to be there to support my friend. The entire staff was so compassionate and empathetic. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They really created a peaceful environment and they handled everything with so much grace that it really felt very beautiful. I have been taking my own pets there ever since. They also helped me have a peaceful goodbye with my first dog, what could otherwise have been a dark experience, was handled with such care. They even created a paw impression for us, which was very special. I have been taking all my animals to Groveway since 2015. My two cats and my other senior dog that has major oral surgery with them as well. I could not give Groveway and their staff higher praise or recommendation. Their new veterinary, Dr. Sip, is wonderful. And crazy enough, she specialized in exotics, which saved my friend's chinchilla who really was on the brink. Everyone at this hospital is incredible, your pets will be in the best hands. ?”

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and give you the information you need to make a good decision without pushing you towards a sale. All pricing is transparent so there's no guessing which carpets are in your price range.
