Nicole guided me through the process of renting a locker. Definitely knows the inventory well, and the transaction was effortless.

Setting up storage was super quick and easy, Nicole made it a breeze, I thought it was going to be a pain, but she made it extremely easy, I was done quick and on my way to filling my new unit, thank you, Nicole!

Recently I had to switch units to a bigger one. Nicole was very helpful in making the transition fast and easy. She was very friendly and more helpful than the prior employee interactions I had. I highly recommend this public storage location and hopefully you will have the pleasure of dealing with Nicole. Public Storage has a great employee so hopefully they appreciate her!!!

I was helped today by Nicole O at Public Storage on San Ramon Road here in Dublin. Not only was her office spotless and orderly, she immediately went out of her way to assist me with my questions. I was impressed by the way she spoke slowly and clearly, with patience and was totally professional. If you need a storage unit, you will find this place clean and managed well.

Great location, clean and secure. The app for gate access is very useful too. Plus, excellent customer service; James was very helpful and professional. He made the whole process very easy.
