I went to street sound from a referral and the owner was wonderful , polite, professional and fast to give services and repair my system in record time. He took time to teach me how to use my new system. Now i am going back to them to get alarms in both my vehicles. I appreciate the kindness after a rough day.
(March 18, 2019, 2:07 pm)I needed a new head unit and backup camera and the folks at Street Sounds were there to assist. They were very informative and took the time to discuss the pros and cons of different units and how they would fit in our vehicle. I was very impressed with their selection and parts availability. Once we had selected a unit that would fit our needs, they were able to price match against a few online vendors and make us happy.
The best part was that they were able to get us in the same day and we were able to enjoy the new unit and camera that same day. I recommend coming in there (as with any purchase) having done your research, even if it's just to have a lively discussion about the items you were looking to purchase. It was also refreshing to see that they were not attempting to rush us towards a product that may not have been the best fit.
Overall, I would recommend checking out the folks at Street Sounds, even if you don't make a car audio purchase there.
