“Colonial Gardens Apartments has been our home for a few years now. It is a very small apartment complex compared to others around it. We have apartment units from A to N, in which each unit consists of 4 homes. Most of the units are remodeled, and we were lucky to get one of it. Most of the units in this apartment complex are 2 bed-1 bath. Every unit has 2 parking spaces, but there are no specific parking spaces for guests😒😔. We can easily get access to both I-880 and I-680 highways in few minutes. Most of the grocery stores, malls and entertainment centers are few miles away from this apartment place. AC transit bus stop is just in front of the apartment. If you are looking for an extremely quite and reserved place, then this place is for you.”

“I go to this place a few times a week lately and just never have a bad experience. If you are nearby please check this place out I honestly believe they have something great going on here! It is in the same lot at as gas station, so you can order food then pump your gas and pick up before leaving. Very convenient 😁”

“I have not seen better customer service, period! After my car won't smog because I replaced the batteries on it, they recommended I drive it around a bit to get the sensors going and offered to check it periodically to see if the sensors were good to go. 2 weeks later, my CAT sensor hadn't turned on yet and I was about to walk back dejected when the guy offers to drive it around himself to cycle the sensors. Next day I get a call saying my car is ready and smogged. I will go back again in a heartbeat!”
