“I would highly recommend Fremont Vision Optix Optometry. On Wednesday evening at 5:45 pm, my 5th grader was complaining about eye discomfort and sensitivity to light. I was concerned it could be an eye infection since she had recently started wearing contact lenses. Despite it being close to closing time, I called Fremont Vision Optix at 6:10 pm. Even though they closed at 7 pm, the receptionist kindly accommodated us for a last-minute walk-in visit. They clearly explained the reasonable fees upfront. We arrived at 6:41 pm, just 19 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the doctor was incredibly patient. He first asked me about the issue, then directly engaged with my daughter to understand her perspective. This made her feel respected throughout the process. The good news was that it was just some minor corneal scratches from dry eyes, which the doctor assured us would likely heal by the next morning. He provided us with free eye drops to help the healing process and gave detailed guidance on next steps if the symptoms persisted. I left the appointment feeling assured and without any lingering worries. I highly recommend this practice for their responsiveness, professionalism, and excellent patient care, even during the final minutes before closing.”

“Dr Ganga, is definitely one of the good ones and that’s not just, because she puts up with me. She is always genuinely interested in how I am doing and helps me to make sure I don’t over take my medicine, and actually try’s to make me follow a good health practice. Who knew that was exactly what I needed, she did that’s who!! I would strongly recommend her, to anyone that remembers how Doctors used to do things. “Dr Abercrombie and staff are the best! I have been to physical therapy for pain in my knee and numbness and his method of Shockwave treatment is Wonderful! “I had a wisdom tooth emergency recently and Sharon at the front desk immediately booked me for a consultation with Dr. Lee. The whole process from consultation to the procedure and post follow-up has been great. The staff are friendly and helpful (esp. Fernanda) and Dr. Ryan Lee is gentle, kind and obviously very skilled at what he does as my surgery was a bit more complex than a normal wisdom tooth extraction. My insurance did not apply here and yet, I was given a very reasonable cash offer for this procedure. I feel everyone at this office cares about their customers and they are willing to work with you in case you don't have insurance or the right insurance, etc. Highly recommend!”
