“Was referred to chuck via family friend as I needed someone to take a look at my 98 4runner that I was having some various issues with. Chuck fixed everything and then some! They did such a great job the first time I brought them my Subaru wrx also to have some fresh tires put on and for them to also adjust my suspension which they had back to me in only a few hours. I recently dropped off my 4runner again and had them rip out my entire steering and suspension along with every bushing you could imagine and had it replaced with a full 3in lift and every other part I could fit in the trunk. They did a great job installing everything and even took it to the alignment shop for me. Even brought it back a few weeks later for him to comb threw the rig and make sure everything was tight and nothing had came loose and was running optimal. Chuck and his crew are a great set of people and they will spend the time to fix little things you dont see or know about that takes them 5min out of there day but knowing everything was fixed and done right. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs an honest mechanic”

“Bob’s Auto staff are extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Communication is unbeatable. Small town hospitality in a city I was unfamiliar with. I was updated frequently by text and phone calls which I appreciated. I was also able to check out the live feed of shop to see my truck in real time. They even did a courtesy full body inspection of my truck! When my truck was broken into and damaged to the point I couldn’t start it, I looked up “auto repair near me” to have it towed there. After reading the reviews I knew this was the right place to fix my truck. However, they continued to beat expectations. Getting my truck repaired quickly was such a huge relief. “Replaced two AT truck tires on my hillbilly cargo trailer for $300. This was more than I was hoping for but reasonable given the large size of the tires. Also their shop has two entrances so it was easy to tow the trailer in and out and they helped get it into place. Very helpful guys and quite fast.”
